The latest edition of the OPTYKA Optical Fair 2023, the largest for the optical industry in Poland, has just ended. Scorpion Eyewear had to be there!
We started our preparations for this fair several months in advance by planning the stand and its concept. This year it was quite unique, as we combined the range from Scorpion Eyewear and the newly created Optyk Lokalnie group, offering a number of benefits from partnerships with brands like HOYA, Rodenstock and Bausch + Lomb. The purpose of all this was to introduce the new collections of TONNY, GIGI STUDIOS, MOREL and ZILLI, as well as the idea of brick and mortar shops and an online shop under the Optyk Lokalnie logo as tools to support product resale and customer acquisition via the Internet. 
In order to meet our objectives, we started building our 140m2 stand 4 days in advance. The work continued right up to the last minute, but resulted in an optical concept unlike anything the optical industry had ever seen before. Our visitors were very impressed by the visual presentation of our eyewear and the modern form of ordering on the online platform.
As many as 5,400 eyeglasses and sunglasses were on display. The products were presented in professional showcases in the form of an open display, giving many people the opportunity to view the collection at the same time. The departure from the traditional form of ordering to the new standards is in line with the digitalisation strategy of Scorpion Eyewear.

There were 21 people serving everyone who visited, all normally working in different departments of the company, such as the sales, the service, the e-commerce and the marketing departments. Customers received professional service at the highest level.
However, the real success was the receipt of a whopping 217 orders during the fair. This not only proves the popularity of Scorpion Eyewear, but also the confidence of everyone in the quality and style of our products and solutions.

It is also worth mentioning the 31 new customers who were added to Scorpion’s clientele. These are valuable contacts that could turn into long-term business relationships.
During the 3 days filled with meetings and presentations, we were visited by a total of 471 people. On the second day of the fair, it was difficult to see the floor of the stand! This is evidence of the huge interest in the company and the unique collections.
